At RAMM Aerospace Inc. our primary business activity is the manufacturing, refurbishment and finishing of business aircraft interiors.
We strongly believe that if we focus on total quality in everything we do, it is the key to the creation of a successful and vibrant organization.
Our prime purpose is to ensure that our customers AND our employees are at the forefront of our organizations focus. Through continuous self-evaluation and improvement we undertake to offer products and services that satisfy our customers’ expectations. We feel that a Quality Management System based on an International Standard adds value in everything we do. RAMM Aerospace Inc. has established that the AS9100-B will be our guiding constitution.
In order for us to provide products which fully meet our customers’ requirements, we commit to ensure that all of our staff is fully aware and understands their role in providing quality products. Good communication and training of our human capital is our engagement.
Everybody working in and around RAMM Aerospace Inc. is encouraged to put forward corrective/preventive actions on a daily basis; we engage in evaluating and implementing solutions on a regular basis. We have also set measurable objectives that we use to attain constant improvement. Here are a few of these permanent objectives:
